Application of ceramic stains and glaze to color the flower press design.
These planters have been made from pocelain slabs in which vines and flowers have been pressed. After bisque firing, the design is colored with a combination of stains, underglaze and celadon glaze. A layer of clear glaze is added prior to final firing.
